Location is ideal!
Positive: Perfect location to not worry about driving
Negative: Not the fanciest place, but it was all we needed, had everything you would need

The house is great if you want to enjoy the party.
Positive: Breakfast was good after I cooked it, location was good, right on the water, boat slip was very close.
Negative: Hand rail for stairs, better stocking of the basics(salt & pepper, washcloths), upper decks need repair
